I wanted to pick through all the pictures I've taken while working on my Gray Fox costume. I didn't take as many as I would've liked, and most of them are from my crappy camera phone, but here they are. This has been a hell of a project, and it promises not to get much easier. Turns out this is the closest thing I have to a step by step. Could've sworn I had a more in depth one somewhere. Really though, the hardest part is making the original mold. It took a lot of trial and error to find a happy medium between the character's original look and something that would fit my head. Once the mold is ready though, there are tons of ways to excecute the final panels (I used wounderflex and coated them with bondo).

honestly the first gray fox cosplay with his arm cannon. sick work with that and even more so with the battle damage. increased bad ass that is Gray Fox
